Q: How does Tatario operate?
Tatario operates as a direct e-commerce platform. All purchases are completed on Tatario.com.
We manage inventory through a mixed fulfillment model, which may include:
• Products stocked in our local warehouse
• Products stocked in approved local supplier warehouses
• Products shipped from overseas supplier warehouses
Tatario remains responsible for your order.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Guest checkout is not supported. Creating an account allows us to:
• Provide better customer service
• Track order history
• Process returns efficiently
• Enhance account security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay, as well as other supported secure payment methods.
Q: What currency will I be charged in?
USD for orders placed in the United States. CAD for orders placed in Canada.
Q: Do you offer price matching?
No. Tatario does not offer price matching.
Q: Do you accept promo codes?
Yes. Tatario accepts valid and authorized promotional codes at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Typical domestic delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for both the U.S. and Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for selected products. If a product is shipped from outside the U.S. or Canada, this will be clearly marked on the product page.
Q: Who pays customs duties for cross-border shipments?
For our customers in the United States, orders shipped from our domestic facilities incur no customs duties. For international orders (including Canada) or specific items fulfilled from our overseas partner warehouses, customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes. However, Tatario may provide shopping credits to help offset those charges where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
Tatario offers a 30-day return window for eligible products.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Tatario covers return shipping costs if there is a quality issue or if the return is due to Tatario’s responsibility.
Q: Are some products non-refundable?
Yes. Certain products or categories may be non-refundable. If applicable, this will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Account & Security
Q: Can I delete my account?
Yes. You may request account deletion at any time. Please note that all user information and associated data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Q: Do you offer two-factor authentication?
Yes. Tatario supports two-factor authentication via text message verification.
Q: How long do you retain inactive account data?
Inactive account data is retained for up to two (2) years, after which it may be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
**Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can reset your password by following these steps:
- Go to the login page, enter your registered email address, and click "Forgot Password".
- The system will send a password reset email to your inbox.
- Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset.
Note: Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive the email. If you originally signed up via third-party login (e.g., Google or Apple), you do not need a password and can log in directly through their authorization.

Q: Are product reviews verified?
Yes. Reviews on Tatario are verified purchases.
Q: Do you moderate reviews?
Yes. We moderate reviews to ensure compliance with our content guidelines. We do not alter customer opinions but may remove content that violates our policies.
Q: Does Tatario use AI-generated content?
Yes. Tatario may use AI-generated summaries or product recommendations. AI-generated content is clearly identified on the website.
Product Compliance & Safety
Q: Do you sell regulated goods?
Yes. Some products may fall into regulated categories such as electronics, cosmetics, or health-related items. Tatario works with suppliers to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

No. Tatario does not currently require age verification for purchases.
